Spirit-guided Relationships

Life is what you make it. But do we have to sit for life to make us. Paul wrote in 2 Cor. that we are not in the old testament where we had to walk around with a veil to hide God's glory. With the new covenant we can have a relationship with God and glorify Him in all His riches and glory. Many around me miss the point of life. Life is giving to others of yourself not just to see what you can get out of it. Love me or I'm not going to love you is the attitude today. My husband and I had to learn that a marriage is not going to make itself but we both have to put our all in it (100% from both parties). No one is perfect but God blesses us with the spouse that make up for the short comings. I love my husband and I realize that he's not perfect but the God he serve is. As long as our husband follow Christ we must submit and follow our husbands. Submission is a big word for most to get around. If you think about it we submit to something or someone everyday. Submission means putting self aside or the fleshly,emotional ways to submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
